NOTICE TO ALL BUYERS:

You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. If you did not receive, you may have input your email wrongly, please contact us immediately to rectify your email.

You shall receive your tracking code via email within 3-5 working days of your purchase. You may also track your order in Track Order page by entering your email used during purchase and the order ID stated on your order confirmation email. 

The maximum delivery time worldwide is 6 weeks. If you have not received after 6 weeks, please email us immediately. Your parcel could have been deposited at your local post office because you are not at home to receive it. We'll make arrangements with your post office for your collection. 

If you received a damaged item, please take pictures and email us immediately, we'll send you a new one asap.
